Mike Ilitch School of Business

Giving Day contributions of every size make a major difference! Support one of these projects today or give to another area that helps the Mike Ilitch School of Business.

Alumni Council Student Experience Fund

The Mike Ilitch School of Business Alumni Council will match every dollar given in support of the school's student experience fund, up to $3,536. Investing in this fund empowers the Alumni Council to seize opportunities to enhance the student experience by financing the Ilitch School’s most engaging and innovative programs as they arise. Examples of past programming include: Elevator Pitch Competitions, 25 Under 25 student awards and Study Abroad enhancements.

Student Emergency Fund

The purpose of this fund is to provide scholarships to students currently enrolled in the Ilitch School who have outstanding student account balances and may be at risk for dropping out of school. Eligible students may apply for scholarship funds through the school's Frederick Hessler Student Success Center. Funds may be used for tuition, fees and other educational expenses.

PwC Multicultural Professional Readiness Education Program (MPREP)

Investment in PwC MPREP will sustain and enhance this outstanding program, which is designed to encourage, support, develop and retain multicultural, undergraduate business students (with a special emphasis on accounting and finance majors) from the day they arrive on campus to the day they walk across the stage at commencement. MPREP participants receive corporate mentorship, industry exposure, professional development and academic support. The program is funded in part by PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) and is expanding to include new corporate partnerships, mentors, and students.

Wayne State faculty and staff can give via payroll deduction here. Consider a WSU legacy gift in your estate plan.
