TechTown is Detroit’s Entrepreneurship Hub
Reimagine. Reinvest. Rebuild.
Do you want a future where anyone and everyone can launch and grow a business? That’s the future we’re building every day through community-centered innovations like the TechTown Startup Fund. The fund gives TechTown’s startup founders the resources they need to demonstrate success and grow their businesses.
If you’re a startup founder without a large social network or resources for the “friends and family” stage of initial funding, you’ll be delayed or even stopped before you can really get going. Racial disparities in wealth compound this problem, and the majority of startup founders we serve face this financial barrier. The TechTown Startup Fund supports our ability to work together, unlocking the potential to bring innovative solutions to market and opportunities for economic mobility to our local communities.
TechTown is working every day to make sure Detroit’s economic recovery from the pandemic includes opportunities for all. Donate to the TechTown Startup Fund to provide equitable access to the resources it takes to start Detroit businesses that can transform the lives of their founders and the people they serve.
